Mr. Amit Kapoor is the Founder, Director at Teoler Education Services Private Limited, Teoler High School and Teoler Unbounded Jaipur. Amit graduated from the MBA program at the Indian Institute of Management in Bangalore, where he was awarded the Director’s Merit Certificate and Ratan Tata Scholarship for excellent academic performance.
While at IIM he worked closely with the founding team of Concordas Limited, a company serving the life sciences industry. Upon graduation he joined McKinsey & Company where he supported senior management of leading Indian retail and IT services companies on a range of issues including business development, organization restructuring, operational efficiency and channel management.
Post McKinsey, he joined Matrix Partners India, one of the premier Venture Capital Firms. At Matrix, Amit led the investments in Consumer and Education sector. He was on the board of W (women’s wear), FIITJEE, Treehouse Education, Siesta Hospitality and was a part of the investment team at Quikr, ItzCash, Yo China etc.
Amit left Matrix Partners as an MD in 2014, and moved on to pursue his childhood dream of starting an education enterprise in Rajasthan.

Mr.Nirjhar Goel is a Founder, Director at Teoler Education Services, Teoler Pre School, Teoler High School and Teoler Unbounded in Jaipur. Nirjhar holds an MBA degree from IIM, Ahmedabad and a B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT, Delhi.
Upon graduation from IIMA in 2004, Nirjhar joined international strategy consulting firm McKinsey and Company in the Delhi office. During a 5 year stint at McKinsey, he was promoted twice and moved to California, USA on an office transfer. As a management consultant, he supported the senior leadership of several IT, Telecom and Technology companies in India and US.
Nirjhar returned to India and then quit McKinsey to join Unitech Limited in Delhi as General Manager, Corporate Strategy. He was subsequently promoted to Vice President and was responsible for the Group’s telecom business (as Board Director at Uninor), education initiatives, group-wide performance management and business diversifications. He left Unitech to pursue his passion in education management by co-founding Teoler.
